There is considered a possibility of warm effluents usage of industrial and energy units for soil thermal melioration. There are given results of experimental researches of the surface heating under the conditions of the Western Ukraine. Formation of the temperature regime of soil and ground air layer is investigated under real conditions. The results of the natural experiment made it possible to reliably determine the efficiency of the surface heating and compare the obtained results with theoretical models. Stable thermal affect from soil heating by shell-sleeves was quickly achieved and kept during the whole period of carrying out a thermal melioration. The efficiency is proved for fulfillment of warm reclamation using warm waste water of industrial enterprises. It is established that at soil heating under the additional protection by film coverings ripening of strawberries takes place by four decades earlier and the total yield makes 4,37 kg/m2.
