The appearance of modern sprinkle machines, such as, Reinke and Valley of circular and front actions on the Rostov region’s irrigated lands, led to the necessity of their adaptation to the south conditions of Russia. This was the basis to carry in 2013-2015 the research in development and scientific rationale of irrigationregime of grain maize, potatoes, onions and carrots. As the result, it was established, that the evidence-based irrigation regimes provide the increase in the yield of crops in dry, growing periods, in comparison with the production of crops from 7,7 to 19,9%, which is the significant parameter of proper irrigation by modern sprinkle machines, such as, Reinke and Valley. Scientific basis for irrigation regimes had their impact not only on crop yields, but also on the technical and economic parameter, when the sprinkle machines Reinke and Valley of circular and front action irrigated the land. High profit per the area and the irrigationwater unit, is received by grain maize cultivation on the experimental land, irrigated by sprinkle machine Reinke, and is amounted 49,100 Rub/ha, and 16, 7 Rub/m3 for the three years. Potatoes 356,500 Rub/ha and 71, 8 Rub/m3onion 395,800 Rub/ha and 71,8 Rub/m3and carrots 324,700 Rub/ha and 61,9 Rub/m3 for the three years. The evidence-based irrigation regime, developed through this research, is used in the Central and Southern irrigated areas of the Rostov region, on the area 1357,8 ha, and carried by the irrigation machines, Reinke Valley of circular and frontal action.
