The article gives consideration to the features of agricultural land geoinformation mapping by satellite images. It focuses on the construction of spatial queries based on attributive and geographical criteria, and the analysis of the spectral properties of agriculturally used lands on satellite images. A conclusion is made on the spatial assessment of agricultural land distribution, which is one of the key factors in the economic development of the territory.
