Water, which has Russian, are the most powerful factor determining the potential competitiveness of the national economy in the global economy. Expected water crisis will create new markets and form a water-intensive products markets technologies for effective water conservation and water protection. Russia, which has considerable reserves of water resources, has a decisive edge in the changing world market production of water-intensive products. Currently exacerbated the problems of accommodation and treatment of municipal wastewater precipitation, the annual volume of which in large cities is millions of cubic meters. meters and accommodation which employ hundreds of hectares of land. And the particular challenge is a program of protection against the harmful effects associated with these areas. The authors suggest methods of cleaning municipal wastewater obtained using composite materials for the arrangement of roads. Author''s classification method and competitiveness factors developed infographic model reflecting their innovative nature. Used for this anthropotechnique a set of applied technical knowledge to work with the man. It aims at the expansion of human capabilities and boundaries, and infografical modeling is one of the effective tools it. Proposed by the authors infografical innovative model takes into account the life cycle model of housing and communal services, which provides a constant increase of its competitiveness and is a closed set of iterative procedures conversion utility services for wastewater treatment in an indissoluble conjunction with a closed set of iterative procedures for production of composite materials.
