Development of recommendations on a set of measures aimed to:

• accelerate development of large virgin regions and reclamation of old-irrigation saline land by using advanced irrigation and drainage systems;
• improve design of irrigation and hydraulic structures, accompanied by automation of water distribution;
• improve operation of irrigation and drainage systems;
• improve building technologies;
• create automated systems for water management;
• develop pumping irrigation.
