The President of the Russian Federation, Dmitriy Medvedev signed the Federal Law "On Amendments to Chapter 30 and 31 of the second part of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation", - reported by the press office of the state.

According to the State Legal Department, the law gives taxpayers property tax tax benefit in the form of law to reduce the tax base in the amount of completed capital investments for construction, reconstruction, and (or) upgrading the newly, refurbished and (or) upgraded shipping waterworks on inland waterways and port RF waterworks taken into account in the book value of these objects.
