At the commission meeting on operational management and supervision of the safe operation of hydraulic structures and water management systems was considered  problem of availability HPS to skip floodwaters. Lower-Volga Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision in the current year held 40 audits of companies operating HPS.
