In Kyrgyzstan it is necessary to strengthen a dam of Kambaratinskaya HPS-2. Today it at press conference was declared  by the independent expert in the field of power of Rasul Umbetaliev.
The expert has added, that despite the defects, the first hydrounit daily develops about 1 million energy of 510 watt.
