The publication describes the structure and activities of joint bodies and provide recommendations on development cooperation, as well as the organization and improving joint bodies in the EECCA. Particular attention is paid to those aspects where the existing joint bodies in EECCA could improve its performance by strengthening institutional mechanisms.
