Currently, the countries of Central Asia are experiencing the influence of low-water years, a sharp drop in agricultural production growth, the problems with the distribution of transboundary water resources, deteriorating river water quality, salinity and soil degradation, etc.
One of the unsolved problems is that management formed return water and dumping them in the trunk rivers, lakes and wetlands, as collector-drainage water is a source of salt in rivers and water pollution.
