This manual is designed to increase understanding of the problems associated with climate change, and identify the measures that we can implement right now. Developed measures that can be done to prepare for more severe climate change, and we can provide the necessary arguments to our senior politicians, to prepare for future changes. The most important and timely measures are aimed at improving the management of available water resources.
