On the Eurasian Center for Food Security (Agrarian Center of Moscow State University) Eurasian Center for Food Security (Agrarian Center of Moscow State University) was founded in 2011 by order of the Rector of Moscow State University on the basis of the decision of the Academic Council of Moscow State University and in accordance with the decree of the Russian Federation № 2226-R of December 8, 2010. Establishment of the center is a response to the Russian Federation on the L'Aquila Initiative on Food Security (L'Aquila Food Security Initiative).
