Increase measure complexes of reliability and security of facilitated membrane-cable dams are developed in the article. The causes of failures of human origin were discovered. Measures to ensure the reduction of system failures to the minimum were specified. Tables of technical condition evaluation were given. As a result of natural and theoretical researches, the dependences characterizing probability of failure on a construction are received.
