The results of survey of hydraulic engineering constructions (waste ditch № 2 Novocherkassk state district power station, a water reservoir «Rostov sea», a sluice-regulator on the Grushevka River) are considered. During the survey of hydraulic engineering constructions the main parameters and operating conditions that should be considered by operating organizations were determined. The technical state of some constructions found to be unsatisfactorily and requires repair. For increase the safety of hydraulic structures the maintenance service organization, closed circuit television and alarm systems are required.
