The publication "Dniester without Frontiers" discusses the results of the OSCE, UNECE and UNEP project “Transboundary cooperation and sustainable development in the Dniester River basin: Phase II - implementation of the Actions Program” (Dniester-III).
 Particularly, this publication presents:
- the results of efforts made for conclusion of the Treaty between Moldova and Ukraine on the Dniester River, the first such treaty in the space of the former USSR;
- the results of joint Moldova-Ukraine hydrochemical expeditions from the Dniester head to mouth - the first one since the 90s of the last century;
- the results of joint research on the current state of fish fauna in the middle and lower reaches of Dniester;
- analysis of joint water sampling for sanitary-hygienic control;
- analysis of monitoring system;
- the information on a pilot basin GIS and the first basin atlas;
- the information on the past awareness measures;
- analysis of potential effects of climate change in the basin.
