Current forecasts for water assessment by the World Water Program - UNESCO report, UN Water and the World Water Council (Managing water under uncertainty and risk, 2012, UN) to the Sixth World Water Forum focus on risk trends which are being formed in the world today. They are related to environmental, climatic, economic and particularly, political constraints that occur in the raging modern world. Orientation on the best practices of surviving in conditions of water deficit instills confidence that organizing rational management for water resources with strict compliance with the international water law and its global strengthening will supply humanity with enough water!
