The technique and mathematical forecasting model of a hydrographer and the maximum expense of a high water of the river Vakhsh in an alignment Hydroelectric Power Station of Nurek is developed. The model allows to optimize work of Nureksky hydroknot and raises its safety. Practical calculations are resulted.
