The influence of channel storage on the water relationships of the rivers Tobol and Ishim has been evaluated. The results of calculations point at the decrease of all categories of runoff in the period of reservoir priming as well as during their permanent activity. The most of the changes occurred in their maximal runoff and minimal summer water supply.
