Objective. Present the methodology of development of mathematical models for the formation of the surface slope runoff, based on the balance equation and algorithm slope runoff. Methods. Implications of the articles of the water balance is defined as a function of solar radiation or set according to the Hydrometeorological Service. The values of filter coefficients are determined on the basis of field and laboratory measurements. Results. The technique of developing a mathematical model of the surface slope runoff and algorithm of its intensity Conclusion. The algorithm allows the parametric modeling of the process of surface runoff.
