Bioassay method using four test objects of various systematic affiliation and trophic level toxicity studies conducted water and sediment of Lake Blue (Lower Don basin), located within the city. From 1997 to the present lake is heavily used as a recreational recreants of the number of visitors and local residents. The dynamics of the toxicity of water and sediment for 14 period was characterized by increased recreational exposure to the toxic effect of his absence to acute and subacute. On a set of results of toxicity of water and sediment evaluated changes in the ecosystem of the lake from 1997 to 2010.
