An ecological condition of the river Miass, Argazinsky and Shershnyovsky reservoirs of the Chelyabinsk region by microbiological methods are studied. Data about distribution of heterotrophic, anaerobic, sulphate-reducing, petro-oxidizing and phenol-oxidizing bacteria in water depending on a season are presented. During the statistical analysis distribution trends of heterotrophic microflora in water of the reservoirs, characterizing self-clearing abilities of ecosystems are revealed.
