This paper analyzes the influence of anthropogenic and climatic factors on the aquatic ecological systems of the Kuban River basin. The analysis allows us to see the set and the mutual enhancement of the negative human impacts from regulatory hundred-ka river basin without sanitary ecological importance and their above-standard pollution. Found that in most of the different types of human impact affects the small rivers in their decisive role in the collection of water flow in the basin of the Kuban River.
