The methodology of creation of information decision support system is presented at an operational administration by water distribution on interfarm irrigation system. The subsystem of planning of the water distribution is described, allowing in the automated mode to form universal databases about water consumers and parameters of an irrigation network for any irrigation systems with treelike structure of channels; to automate procedure of formation of demands from consumers on planned water consumption; to create and operate a database about a planned water withdrawal and water supply; to prepare reports on a planned water withdrawal and water supply on the irrigation system, differentiated on days of the planned period, water consumers and water sources.
