In this paper the numerical methods for assessment of large-scale hydrotechnical construction impact on the water quality in regulated reaches of river are developed. The computer modeling of the hydro thermal and hydrochemical processes in the planned Evenk reservoir was carried out. Here have been considered the impact of formed vertical density stratification on water quality as in reservoir and outflow water quality.
