The developed method for prognostic calculations-heating areas of the banks of the Volga Cheboksary and Nizhnekamsk HPP to Syzran (at a distance of about 800 km) with excessive release of water through the dam during flood periods, and in extreme cases of partial or total destruction of the dam makes it possible to sufficient accuracy to determine the area of flooding, while flooding, while standing water at the level of flooding and flooding of the recession, that is, determining factor tori that are important to national economic, military, and socially insured cial plan.
