Functioning, development of an agricultural production and all infrastructures accompanying it directly is connected with the water delivery realized at the expense of water resources of this or that territory. The agricultural branch to the greatest degree uses a local runoff, i.e. water resources of small watercourses (the rivers, streams), making initial links of a hydrographic network and natural landscapes being elements. The given category of watercourses demands the decision of mutual connected problems of water resources use and their preservation as natural objects.
