In article the analysis of geographical-hydrological conditions of water-collecting territory in Ural River basin as factors of extreme hydrological situations is carried out. Natural intra annual variability of a river drain as leading factor of development the hydrological extreme on the rivers of a steppe zone is considered. The territorial analysis of dangerous hydrological phenomena in Ural River basin is carried out.
