The regularities of long-term fluctuations of average annual flow of the rivers flowing into the Ob and Ir-tysh from the Great Vasyugan swamp over the time period from the beginning of observations to 2005. Is designated area on the cyclical nature of the river water regime for joint observation period 1955-2005. Are identified territorial features characteristic periodicities changes that may affect the functioning of natural complexes of Siberia, as well as used for forecasting purposes.
