Terrorism is  inhuman means of solving political problems, because it implies unfettered violence. Moreover, terrorists are not interested in its deterrence - the more devastating is a terrorist act, the greater the effect it produces. Not surprisingly, they tend to attack objects that have great political and economic importance, the destruction of which could inflict maximum damage.
