Eco-TIRAS,
 2011. 224 p.

Threats resulting from climate change impacts on water resources of the basin of the Dniester, require strengthening transboundary cooperation between Moldova and Ukraine at all levels, including increased public participation in the prioritization and formulation of relevant cross-border policy. The materials of this book aimed at a synthesis of existing knowledge and best practices in this area, based on the results of the joint project «Strengthening of Moldova-Ukraine crossborder cooperation and public participation in the development of climate change adaptation policies for the Lower Dniester water resources management» (project # 1064/2010), implemented by scientists and experts from both countries with the support of the Black Sea regional cooperation fund.
