Savushkin, PhD of technical sciences, Scientific secretary (SIC "Raduga") October 21, 2011 in the All-Russian Research Institute of irrigation and water supplysystems "Raduga" (SIC  "Raduga") was conducted IV International (the 8th All-Russian) Conference of Young Scientists and Specialists-reclamation experts  "Innovative Technologies and environmental safety in land reclamation".
