At the meeting of the City of interdepartmental commission on preparation and holding of the heating season, held on 29 November 2010, it was decided to establish a working group on water resources and water supply in St. Petersburg.

The working group will include all stakeholders - representatives of the Committee on Energy and Engineering, Housing Committee, Vodokanal St. Petersburg, Heating network of St. Petersburg. The group will be representative of the Standing Committee on Health and Environment Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg on the initiative of a working group was established.
