This article describes a technique to obtain from the Internet, and food processing MODIS NDVI satellite imagery with a spatial resolution of 250 meters describes a procedure and shows the results of the classification of plant-based land cover dynamics through time for NDVI in 2009 on the territory of the selected sites within the project GIZ "Management transboundary water resources in Central Asia ".
