The questions of the influence of geomorphological factors on the hydraulic structure of the flow are considered. On the basis of data about the measured and calculated expenses of water, and also a thickness of an ice cover in program HEC-RAS 4.1.0 the hydraulic model of the branched out site of the Tom River with the jams, capable to consider strengthening ice characteristics is constructed. The dimensionless coefficient of the opening of the river was identified; map-schemes of its distribution on an investigated site are constructed.
