Securing water facilities in accordance with the Strategic Plan of Development of Kazakhstan till 2020 is one of the most important and challenging tasks of development of Kazakhstan's economy. In this task, the important role played by automated control systems, control and accounting of water allocation at waterworks promoting prevention of emergency situations on the waterworks.
