This collection contains general and session reports of the Congress “Great river basins under conditions of global environmental change. Guaranteeing security and innovative development in regions” organized within the 15th International Scientific and Industrial Forum “Great Rivers 2013”, which was held during the period of May 15 to 18, 2013 in the Nizhny Novgorod city. The reports cover issues related to environmental, hydrometeorological, and energy security and to sustainable socio-economic development in the world’s great river basins and regions.
