Creation of an effective state system of safety of hydraulic structures is effective measure to stabilize the technical condition and increase of level of safety of hydraulic structures in countries of Central Asia, reducing confrontation and promoting their effective collaboration. An example of practical application in the process of establishment of the system is given in the article was put into operation SCADA system automation maneuvering gates Kyzylorda waterworks, allowing rapid regulation of streams of water, prevent erosion structures.
